We started Dejorix because the agency model is broken. Junior teams behind senior pitches. Designers and engineers in separate rooms. Three weeks to ship one screen. We built the opposite of that — a small, senior product team you actually work with, accountable for the metrics your build is supposed to move.
What we're building
A new kind of product agency for the next ten years of software: shorter cycles, AI inside everything we ship, real metrics in the contract, and senior people on every project. We're based in Mumbai, but most of our work is for teams in the US, EU, and Southeast Asia — async-first, async-good.

Honest scoping, including when to walk away
If your idea doesn't need an app, or your AI use case doesn't have the data to support it, we'll say so before we take your money. The 1–2 week discovery is paid but the recommendation is independent.
